At Deigni Plastic Surgery, we understand that your decision to have plastic surgery is an important one, and why your personal consultation is so valuable

We get to know you and understand your specific needs, goals, and expectations to ensure you receive a custom surgical plan and options to make decisions that are right for you.

Here is what to expect during your plastic surgery consultation.

How long will my consultation last?

The length of your consultation will vary depending on the procedure(s) you are considering and the information you need. Typically, we invest an hour or more into your consultation and never want you to feel rushed. So please plan to set aside extra time if you feel you have a lot of questions.

What will I get from my consultation?

You will receive 1) custom surgical recommendations on the procedure and products that best meet your needs, 2) detailed information on the procedure, 3) how to prepare for your procedure, 4) your recovery timeline, 5) potential risks, 6) payment and financing options, and 7) answers to all of your questions.

Equally important, you will get to know your surgeon and our practice.

Who will I meet with during my consultation?

You will initially meet with our patient care coordinator to review what you should expect during your consultation and get to know you and your surgical goals. However, most of your time will be spent with Dr. Deigni

How do I prepare for my consultation?

To get the most out of your consultation, here is a quick checklist of things you can do to prepare.

  • Bring Questions – Develop a written list of questions. This is the best way to make sure we address all of your questions, and you are well informed about what to expect.
  • Medical History – To ensure we give the most accurate information that applies to you, we will provide a medical history form ahead of your consultation. Give as much medical information as you can, including medical problems, family medical issues.
  • Schedule Enough Time – Although we plan on roughly an hour for your consultation, make sure you schedule it on a day or time when you can devote as much time as needed to talk to Dr. Deigni and our team. We want you to be calm and comfortable to avoid any misunderstandings or missed information.
  • Clothing – If you are doing a breast or body procedure consultation, plan on wearing loose-fitting clothes. In most cases, you’ll be removing some to show your surgeon areas you want to improve.
